What to Expect from a Six Crystal Reiki Distance Session Every individual’s experience with Crystal Reiki is unique, and each session can offer different sensations and outcomes. Crystals have been used for centuries as tools to heal and increase our body's levels of awareness. By using specific Crystals tailored to your areas of focus on or around the body during your session, an added Crystal healing energy boost is provided, amplifying the flow of energy to you, and allowing your body to intuitively draw in the energy it needs to promote self-healing. What Does a Six Alchemy Crystal Reiki Distance Session Entail? A Six Alchemy 60-minute Crystal Reiki distance session is designed to provide you with a thorough and personalized healing experience which consists of: Consultation via Zoom! (5-10 minutes): A week before your distance session, we will spend a few minutes discussing your needs, concerns, and goals for the session. This helps me to tailor the session to your specific requirements. Crystal Reiki Distance Treatment (40-45 minutes): During the core part of the session, you can go about your day-to-day or should you prefer, lay or sit in a comfortable position whilst your session is in progress; You may feel sensations such as warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy flows through you. Debriefing (5-10 minutes): After the treatment, I will schedule a telephone call to discuss your experience, answer any questions, and provide guidance on how to continue supporting your healing process. Follow-Up (15-20 minutes): Within a week of your session, I will schedule a follow-up telephone call to check in on your progress, address any additional questions, and offer further support. Are there side effects of Crystal Reiki? Crystal Reiki is the safest energy healing method that helps to balance and ground you, providing a beautiful release and emotional healing. This complimentary healing method can be done alongside other therapies or medications, making it a versatile and effective option for improving your overall well-being.
